Jeanette Mefford, RN, MPH, President and Sally Knutson, RN, MA, CEO founded the business in 1990 to respond to the changing and growing home care market. The firm focuses on business startups, redesign, and expansion. We offer accounting and business office design and function. We specialize in continuing education programs for clinical and administrative personnel and federal and state regulatory compliance requirements, PPS, OBQI, and OASIS. The firm produces and sells products including policy manuals incorporating Medicare and JCAHO Regulations, and clinical procedure manuals, forms, and software tools.
